In September 2026, Olivia Sophie Rafferty, content lead and member of our Strategic Committee, attended the annual EASD meeting in Milan, Italy. As well as delivering a presentation for the Psychosocial Aspects of Diabetes (PSAD) Study Group symposium, where she shared her lived experience on the topic of disordered eating and diabetes with hundreds of specialists, she also met and spoke with many people across the diabetes ecosystem, including several of our own members.
